In case of inclement weather, the scheduler will contact the school for game updates. Updates will be posted on the web site as available. If a family decides that it is not safe to travel, they should call their coach and let him know they will not be available. There will be no negative repercussions from your decision. Coaches will report player availability to their Board Member contact who will make a cancellation decision, if necessary . Team Moms will be contacted immediately to distribute any cancellation decision to team members.
