Dallas Thunder Grievance Form
This form should be used to request a meeting with the Board of Directors in an attempt to resolve your unresolved grievance with a Coach. You should have, first, spoken to the Coach directly, in the appropriate environment. Second, had a meeting with the Coach and the Athletic Director.
