Welcome to Dallas Thunder Basketball 2009- 2010!

Dallas Thunder requires the following information from each player.

Read the 2009- 2010 Dallas Thunder Policies & Procedure Manual, click here to read or print.
Complete the following forms:

2009- 2010 Player Application/2009- 2010 Release of Claims form
Copy of the player's birth certificate (New Thunder players only)
Copy of front and back of Health Insurance card

Bring these forms, along with your registration fee, to a practice. Click here for practice schedule.

Or you may mail your paperwork and check to:

NOTE: Prospective Thunder Players are able to participate in a few practices to determine whether or not they wish to register, but a Release of Claims form must be completed to get on to the court.
