Updated:  11/19/2008 at 8:10 PM

Dallas Thunder is proud to announce that Chris Gigl has accepted the position as Team Chaplain.   David Parker, Dallas Thunder President confirmed, “Chris has assumed the role of what may well be the most important job in the Thunder organization.   May his leadership touch us all in some way, which brings us a little closer to our Heavenly Father.  Thank you Padre Chris.”

Chris M. Gigl graduated with academic honors from University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.    He acquired a B.B.A. degree and majored in both accounting and management.    He was President of the University’s academic fraternity and is listed in Who’s Who of American Colleges and University.   He was voted Marketing Student of the Year, was a multiple time member of the Dean’s List and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

In 1998, Chris joined Milestone Construction, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.   He oversees the company’s financial operations, personnel, computer information systems and is actively engaged in building client relationships.

Chris also serves as Executive Director of Master Plan Business Ministries.   This ministry exists to assist business owners in managing and running their business according to biblical principles.

Mr. Gigl resides in Farmers Branch, TX, has been married to his wife Vivian for 24 years and has a 15-year-old son, Jake.   He attends church at The Branch at Vista Ridge and is on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations.

The Thunder Family is excited, appreciative and blessed that Padre Chris has offered to serve in this role.
