Dallas Thunder Boys 12U defeated HSAA Blue, 47-30 to capture the Texas Home School State Basketball Championship this past weekend.  The 12U boys were led by All- Tournament team members; Shawn Helms, Jr., Dennis Robinson and Jared Robertson.  Tucker Jaggers was awarded the Christian Character Award for the champions.

The Boys 14U White team placed third after defeating HSAA Blue, 43-40 in the Consolation game.  Cole Johnson was named to the All- Tournament team and Leonard Miller was chosen as the Christian Character Award winner.

Thunder placed 4th in the Girls 14U, Girls 16U and Boys 16U Divisions, with the Boys 18U placing 7th and the Boys 14U Blue placing 14th.  Christian Character Awards were awarded to Eliot McClure (Boys 18U), Akasha Robinson (Girls 16U), Jake Gigl (Boys 16U), Andy Corrales (Girls 14U) and John David Lowrie (Boys 14U Blue).
